Refunds and cancellation

Fourteen days to change your mind, whether or not you used the licence. There is no subscription to cancel, because nothing renews by itself.

There is nothing to cancel

Parallel does not sell subscriptions. A licence is a fixed term — one month, six months or a year — bought once. We do not store your card and nothing renews automatically. When the term ends, it simply ends, and you decide whether to buy another.

So there is no "cancel" button to hunt for, no notice period, and no charge arriving months after you stopped using it.

Fourteen days

If you want your money back within 14 days of buying, email us and we will refund it. You do not have to justify it, and it does not matter that the licence key has already been activated — a product you cannot try properly is not one you can judge.

Try it before you buy, if you would rather

The free tier runs 3 profiles indefinitely with no card. It is the same software, not a trial build — every feature works, there is simply a lower profile cap. If you are unsure whether Parallel suits you, that is a cheaper answer than a refund.

After fourteen days

Ask anyway. We will look at it, and we would rather resolve something than have an unhappy customer. Cases we refund as a matter of course even outside the window:

What a refund is not for

We cannot refund because a third-party platform limited, suspended or closed one of your accounts. Websites decide that for their own reasons and change how they decide it whenever they like. Isolated profiles remove shared signals between accounts; they do not and cannot guarantee an outcome on somebody else's service, and the terms say so plainly rather than in small print.

We also will not refund where an account was used for fraud.

How to ask

Email support@parallel-browser.com with the email address you bought with, and roughly when. That is enough to find the order — you do not need an invoice number. A line about what went wrong is welcome but not required.

We aim to answer within one working day. Once approved, the money goes back to the card or account you paid from.

Who actually sends the money back

Card payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle and appears on your statement from them. How long it takes to land is your bank's business, but a few working days is typical. You can email Paddle directly if you prefer; emailing us is usually faster, because we can see the order and they will ask us anyway.

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same coin, to an address you give us. Note that the value may have moved between paying and refunding — we return the amount paid, not the value at the moment of refund.

What happens to your profiles

A refund revokes the licence key it paid for, which drops your profile cap back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted. Profiles above the free limit are frozen: still there, still yours, not launchable until you raise the cap again. Your account, your settings and your saved sessions all stay exactly as they were.
